Honestly I'm from Hamburg! And before that I was at subway in kamp lindfort! Summary: - dirty branch - unfriendly / undemanding employees - bad / expired food I strongly advise everyone not to visit! I ordered a 30-CM sub, chips and a drink there and ate there. Even in the counter, the ingredients didn't look fresh. (Sauce dried on the meat, vegetables dried up / discolored). The display was also untidy and the toppings were not separated properly (pieces of meat in tuna, for example). While my sub was being prepared, a young person came into the shop and wanted to buy a sub with a bonus card (or similar), but did not have enough points. The employee snapped at her unfriendly several times - although the adolescent did not really understand the problem. The situation was only ended when the youth left the shop. When my sub was ready, I got my drink and sat down at one of the free tables. (The sprite pump was unfortunately broken, so I had to take something else.) In the meantime I also noticed that the entire shop was very neglected. The floor was not wiped, the tables were not cleaned, there was occasional lettuce lying on the floor. Unfortunately, at the same time, an employee sat behind me with a Tupper can, which she had previously warmed up in the same microwave as for the customers, since she obviously had a lunch break. She opened the can and there was a strong smell of garlic in the entire dining area. This completely ruined my desire for my lunch. Afterwards I ate up quickly, put away my tray and left. Unfortunately, I got a stomachache and a very uncomfortable digestion in the afternoon. The stomach ache was so severe that I could not go up the stairs in the hallway and had to wait until I had collected myself again. I think since I only drank water all day apart from the subway meal, I can sort of narrow down where my stomach upset came from. I will inform the health department and advise against eating there whenever I speak to someone about the subway branch in Moers. It was bottomless insolence. I hope that both the franchisee and the staff will treat the food and guests more decently in the future. In this state, as the shop is now, it should be checked immediately and closed if necessary.

We have ordered two subs via Lieferando. The specified delivery time of 90 min. was not met at all, we waited 3 hours! If you don't have a driver, you shouldn't offer a delivery service. The driver was very nice and apologized, he can't help anything.

The waiting times are longer from order to order. If you know that a lot is ordered, why not hire more workers and more drivers .. and then, as a customer, I want to show understanding that I have been waiting for my food for 2 1/2 hours now ... even though I had ordered my meal and was one of the first. The boss of the Subway should rather spend time in his business instead of on vacation. Otherwise, it was soon, with the second attempt to establish subway in moers ..

Subway is always good. A branch that holds the standard, you can go really well. "Only" four stars, because it stands out in nothing from all the other branches.

This subway branch is located directly at the bus stop Augustastraße in Moers city center. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. The subs taste very good. At the entrance is that you can also pay without cash card. When I wanted to pay 2.90 euros with a card, the cashier informed me that you can only pay from 3 euros with a card. At the entrance and also at the cashier is nothing. With the subcard you can collect points and redeem them. In good weather you can sit outside.

I have to clearly contradict the many wrong reviews here, because in my opinion everything is clean, hygienic and the staff friendly, even if it is sometimes very busy here, but the quality has never suffered.
